At the start of the game, take Victor out of the side deck and place him next to Morgana on the table. Keep him out there until he dies.

When Victor takes damage, none of it spills over and hits Morgana. This means that if Victor, who has a toughness of 4, takes 6 damage from a Gold Dragon, for example, he will die, and Morgana will be undamaged.
